Yes. As a Premium member, you can download the resume template in .doc, .docx or PDF format and modify as you see fit.
The images, colours, fonts, layouts and anything else related to the resume template can also be changed or modified.
5. How does the payment process work? When will I get my templates?
Once you become a Premium member, you can download or edit your chosen template(s) instantly.
Once you've purchased access to a single resume template, you will receive a download link via email to download the template and its corresponding pages and cover letters (if any).
Please note: not all resumes include a cover letter, we provide you with free access to view all the pages included with each resume template.
6. I'm already a free member, how do I buy a resume template?
You simply either upgrade your account or click on Download Now to be given the option to purchase the individual resume template only.
7. Which payment types do you accept?
We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment can only be made by credit card. All payments are in US Dollars.
8. Will I be charged monthly if I just buy an individual resume template?
No. If you buy an individual resume template then you will only be paying for it once. You will never be re-billed.
9. Does my individual resume template license ever expire?
Yes. You are given five download attempts within 90 days of purchase for each resume template purchase.
10. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may not:
Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
11. What are your guarantee's or refund policy?
Since ResumeTemplates101.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site. Please review your templates prior to purchase.
12. I ordered a template but haven't received the download information?
In this case please contact our Billing Department via support by phone or e-mail.
13. Is it possible to reactivate my download link if it was deactivated after 3 days?
Yes. Please contact our resume template support department and they will reactivate your link.
